List Contact Search
Searching for a specific contact is easy with Listrak. Listrak allows you to search on the currently selected list or across all of your lists. You can even narrow your search down to contacts that are subscribed, unsubscribed, or banned from your lists.
To search for the contact, simply enter the email address and search criteria and click the Search button. The results display with every instance of that contact’s email address along with the name of the lists containing the contact. You may click on the email address to view the contact’s campaign and click histories. You may even edit the report parameters to view only the history within a specified time frame.
