With the increased growth and adoption rate of XML, Listrak has released a full suite of XML-based interoperability tools that allow customers to integrate their external systems with Listrak. Common functions, such as message deployment, can be made through content management or CRM systems. Additionally, tracking analytics are available in XML format for integration with in-house databases.
Bi-Synchronous Data Communication between Listrak and CRM Systems
Utilizing our XML-based API toolkit, you can write your own custom software and synchronize your email marketing efforts with your in-house systems. Imports and exports of both recipient data and/or campaign performance data can be completed in a headless environment.
Remote Deployment of Email Campaigns without using the Listrak GUI
Many Listrak customers have enjoyed the convenience of being able to deploy email campaigns remotely through an external content management or CRM system. Using our XML-based API, you can integrate Listrak’s core messaging engine to deploy campaigns while managing the deployment process via an external webibased or Windows-based system.
