A new feature in Listrak allows you to add Dynamic Content to your messages. Dynamic content, also known as dynamic message assembly, is a complex mail-merge technique. It relies on a single message template with multiple customizable fields. These fields merge with the company’s subscriber database or busi­ness applications to create highly personalized and relevant customer mailings based on specific user preferences, online behavior, demographics, and personalities. Instead of send­ing one all-inclusive message to every subscriber, Dynamic Content allows you to construct multiple versions of highly-targeted, specialized messages that address each subscriber individually. However, because it is template-based and the content is created once, stored, and reused as needed, these messages can be created with little effort.

The Content Library, located within the Content and Media link in Listrak, is where you can store and reuse blocks of content to be used in Dynamic Content Containers in your emails. You simply have to write the content once and the system can automatically generate emails using these snippets of plain text, html and images.  Content in the Content Library can be copied, modified via WYSIWYG or text editor, or deleted anytime.  You can also organize blocks of content into folders.
