A campaign is a series of interconnected messages that have the same audience, purpose, and call to action. The campaigns are scheduled for deployment so they work together as a group and build off of the response and success of each previous message. Tracking both the campaign and the individual emails gives you a much more accurate view of how contacts responded to your messages, which will help you build even better campaigns in the future.
To run a successful email campaign, it is more important than ever before to carefully plan your email distribution prior to deployment. From deciding how many emails to send, to determining the correct days and times for deployment and using dynamic content and segmented databases to target specific groups and drive response, it is necessary to plan all of the details of the campaign in advance.
Fortunately, planning, building, and managing email campaigns is easy with Listrak. You can create campaigns directly through the Message Settings section of the authoring page or in the Campaign Manger, and assign specific emails to each campaign across lists for enhanced organization, tracking, and reporting. This feature allows Listrak users to assign the email they are creating to a new campaign or to a campaign that has been previously established. And, once messages have been created and organized, they can be recalled and reviewed anytime in the Campaign Manager.
