Banned Contact Report
Sometimes it is necessary to ban contacts from your lists. For example, if a subscriber frequently bounces or if he or she reports your message as spam, it is a good idea to put that subscriber on the banned contact list so he or she cannot re-subscribe to your list. That way, you are protecting your reputation from future bounces and spam complaints. Listrak allows you to ban contacts simply by typing in their email addresses and choosing whether to ban them from the current list or all lists. You may also remove the ban at any time.
The Banned Contact Report shows you a list of subscribers that you have banned from your lists within a specified time frame. The report gives you the contacts’ email addresses, time and date of the bans, reasons, and the lists each subscriber has been banned from rejoining. You may click on the email addresses to be taken to the contact’s details, campaign history, and click history. You may even add the ban directly to the contacts’ profiles by clicking on the “Add to Profile” button.
